Today, they offer a wide range of solutions including reverse logistics , contract warehousing , pharmaceutical returns , damage research , transportation , supply chain analysis , parcel management , asset recovery , technology  and government.

Their exploration of a service niche led them to invest on behalf of their customers. THis investment in turn, led to more service offerings that consist of complexx logistics and supply chain management services. The investment would not have been possible had they only managed costs at the expense of research and development on their customers' behalf.
